Executive Culinary Team Member

Ruth's Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
- Develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the high standards of Ruth's Hospitality
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with our restaurant management team to ensure that our kitchen operations are aligned with our overall business goals
- Ensure that our kitchen is clean and safe for our customers and staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and improving kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
