Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for setting sales and production goals, managing inventory, controlling costs, and building a strong leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and product quality to ensure budgetary compliance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing inventory, and controlling costs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
