About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary experience for our Food at Google program, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the overall catering and culinary experience, driving quality and innovation in menu development and food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience, working closely with key stakeholders to promote culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management, sanitation, and safety, to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of related experience in upscale food service and catering operations, with 3 years at the management level.
  • Strong passion for great food and hospitality, with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of culinary professionals.
  • Working knowledge of GSuite platform, including Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Gmail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
