Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Analyze and document technical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs.
