We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill a role within our operational hours of 8am - 9pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. After an initial training period, this position will be entirely remote.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator, you will be instrumental in streamlining the scheduling process for diagnostic imaging, ensuring a smooth experience for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing scheduling software to arrange appointments for patients seeking diagnostic imaging services.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as updating patient schedules and responding to inquiries.
  • Communicating effectively with patients to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborating with various departments while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
  • Engaging in professional development and contributing to other business areas as needed.

Interview Process:

Our interview process is designed to be efficient and straightforward. You can expect the following steps:

  • An introductory call with our Talent Lead, typically lasting around 30 minutes.
  • If there is mutual interest, you will be invited for an in-person interview.
  • Following successful interviews, an offer will be extended.
