Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of scheduling workflows and data management. The consultant will work closely with local teams to facilitate scheduling rules and access management. This includes managing payroll data and FTE management within current and future systems.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to scheduling policies and procedures, addressing access issues through problem-solving and escalation as necessary. Maintain records for decision-making and historical purposes, identifying trends through data tracking.
