We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Medical Appointment Scheduler during our operational hours of 8am - 9pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Following an initial training period, this position offers the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule patients for diagnostic imaging services using specialized scheduling software.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence and schedule updates.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and imaging centers, addressing any scheduling challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with various departments while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and support other business functions as needed.

Interview Process:
