Program Supervisor

Job Summary:
Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year related work experience.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
