Job Summary

World Relief is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cash and Medical Assistance Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Refugee Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Medical Assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the RCA and Medical Assistance programs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and timely service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the RCA Case Management Supervisor and leadership to develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for the effective administration of the RCA and Medical Assistance programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, payments, and related documentation, and monitor the distribution of cash and medical assistance to ensure it meets the needs of eligible clients.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes to ensure objectives are met, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise program staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, interns, and volunteers working in the RCA and Medical Assistance programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Set clear goals for staff, conduct regular check-ins, and monitor progress, addressing performance concerns and documenting corrective actions.
  • Model Christian values through prayer, leading devotionals, and fostering a supportive Christian environment for staff and clients.
Requirements
  • Mature and personal Christian faith.
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least one year of experience in an office environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
