Job Summary

World Relief is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to serve as the Cash and Medical Assistance Program Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Medical Assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations, including intake/eligibility, data entry, and quality assurance staff, to ensure compliance with program guidelines and timely service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for the effective administration of the RCA and Medical Assistance programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, payments, and related documentation, and monitor the distribution of cash and medical assistance to meet the needs of eligible clients.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise program staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, interns, and volunteers working in the RCA and Medical Assistance programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Set clear goals for staff, conduct regular check-ins, and monitor progress, addressing performance concerns and documenting corrective actions.
  • Model Christian values through prayer, leading devotionals, and fostering a supportive Christian environment for staff and clients.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
