**Clinical Program Manager Role**
Ascension Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Program Manager to oversee the activities and flow of work for our assigned clinical program. This role requires a strong leader who can develop, implement, and evaluate program services and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
Manage the clinical program, including developing and implementing program services and initiatives.
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff, assigning tasks and prioritizing and coordinating work.
Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
Monitor and adhere to budget, approving or monitoring expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
**Requirements**
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
ABRET credentials required: REEGT + 1 (CLTM, REPT, CNIM, RNCT)
Lead tech or supervisor experience and surgical EEG experience required.
