We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team at Sevita. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality care and support for individuals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, and health care.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe and respectful environment for individuals and staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective support plans that promote independence and growth.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
