We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and engagement.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $50,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions with the potential to earn $80-85,000 in the first year and up to $120,000 in the second year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth
  • Present innovative solutions to top executives at SMBs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
