Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production scheduling conflicts.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Lead production meetings and provide regular updates to management on production status and progress.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with MRP/ERP system experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- APICS Certification preferred.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
