Job Overview

InReach is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team in the Union County area. This full-time position is responsible for developing and coordinating Plans of Care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree in the human services field and have 2 years of supervisory experience working with the IDD population. A valid driver's license and use of a vehicle 24-hours a day are also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Community Outreach staff in the implementation of supports to individuals served.
  • Monitoring, managing, and facilitating operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Completing all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Implementing and reviewing customers' Plans of Care.
  • Planning and overseeing work schedules, approving payroll hours.
  • Providing one-on-one supervision as needed.
  • Sharing on-call service for emergencies.

Salary: $48,500 annually.
