As a Characterization Test Specialist, you will work with our product development team in the Advanced Cellular Group to develop automated test measurements, collect performance test data, and supply conformance test reports for each of our products in development.

You will develop and implement automated RF test solutions to support the characterization of the DC and RF performance of RF integrated circuits (RFICs) such as Power Amplifier Modules with integrated duplexers and switches (PAMiDS).

You will work with design and applications engineers to coordinate test plans and report formats, write characterization software for test automation using Microsoft C#.NET, VB.NET, train other engineers and technicians on platform use, RF test methodologies, and custom tool usage, analyze and present results for review using Excel and Spotfire.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Analog/Digital/RF Theory coursework and/or experience is required. Experience in RF hardware and software test development using object-oriented programming languages such as C#.NET and VB.NET is also required.

Familiarity with RF equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Duplexer, Filter, Coupler) is necessary. We are a place to innovate and shape the future of wireless communications.
