Job Summary

As a Senior Inventory Management Specialist at RPM International Inc, you will lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders within the company. You will optimize internal inventory through various reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasting. Additionally, you will coordinate the purchasing of finished goods, including delivery coordination to tollers where necessary. Your goal will be to drive performance of internal and external tollers by leading regular performance reviews. You will ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, striking a balance between inventory costs and on-time delivery rates to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders
Optimize internal inventory through reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasting
Coordinate the purchasing of finished goods, including delivery coordination to tollers
Drive performance of internal and external tollers through regular performance reviews
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, balancing costs and on-time delivery rates

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in a supply chain function (demand planning, inventory management, strategic planning, supply planning, or similar)
Prior experience working within an MRP or ERP system

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the specialty chemical or coatings industry
Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI
