Job Summary

The Data Insights Specialist will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of analytic and business intelligence tools used by leaders to achieve strategic goals and objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis of data from multiple sources using various statistical techniques and tools.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights to leaders in a timely fashion.
Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing leaders to quickly understand the results and draw conclusions necessary to enable data-driven decisions.
Ensure all data acquisition and sharing is compliant with company standards and HIPAA.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required. 3 years related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience in one or more data analysis and presentation tools (i.e. Excel, SQL, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Python, R) is preferred.
