Position Overview

As a Lead Wireless Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our locations. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve or surpass personal sales goals related to new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will help grow our wireless customer base and ensure that every traveler leaves our centers better than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment centered on outstanding customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain effective inventory control.
  • Engage in innovative sales strategies through non-traditional retail methods.
  • Enhance customer retention by providing a superior shopping experience.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and services.
  • Ensure the wireless store location is clean and professionally presented.
  • Prioritize tasks based on store and management requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with managers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned.

  • Previous experience in wireless sales is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular communication, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Employees may also be exposed to outdoor elements and varying noise levels.
