Role Overview

As a Lead Wireless Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by meeting or surpassing personal sales goals in new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our wireless customer base through exceptional service, ensuring every traveler leaves better than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with management on effective inventory management practices.
  • Engage in sales generation through innovative retail prospecting techniques.
  • Enhance customer retention by delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of wireless promotions, products, and services.
  • Ensure the wireless store location is clean and professionally presented.
  • Prioritize tasks based on store and management requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with managers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned.
