Client Engagement Specialist
Hagerman & Company, Inc., a prominent value-added reseller for Autodesk, Inc., is looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Engagement Specialist.

Position Overview
The Client Engagement Specialist is primarily an inside sales role focused on managing the renewal of software maintenance and subscription services while identifying potential referral opportunities for both current and prospective clients through telecommunication.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales cycle for annual software subscription renewals for existing clients.
- Assess potential clients and pinpoint opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Record sales activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast within the CRM.
- Represent Hagerman & Company, Inc. professionally to clients and the broader business community.
- Adapt positively to changes and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong computer skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Disciplined approach to consistently meet and exceed company metrics for daily outreach to prospects and clients.
- Comfortable discussing business matters with decision-makers.
- Capable of articulating the value proposition and associated services offered by Hagerman & Company.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
