Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality-check and provide feedback on the work of bookkeepers, promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Proven success in supervisory roles with a team of at least 3 members.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms.
