Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Order Management: Manage and work with large order files, reconciling orders, re-prioritizing, and responding to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and product-related information to customers, investigating inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone and email.
  • Conflict Resolution: Possess excellent conflict resolution skills, showing empathy for customers and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Document all contacts, actions, and responses in the customer database, maintaining a working knowledge of products and/or services.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and correspondence as needed, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience: At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, proficiency with UPS, FedEx, and GLS systems, and excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Language: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English, bilingual in Spanish a +.
