Job Title: Client Support Coordinator
We are looking for an administrative and marketing professional who can deliver exceptional support to internal and external clients, with a focus on providing high-quality services and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to client teams, including client meeting coordination, summarizing client meetings with action items and follow-up, organizing the distribution of client deliverables, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support the CEO and COO with business development, development of marketing materials, and general client delivery support.
- Conduct research, prepare surveys, comparative analysis, and create/prepare content for clients.
- Use advanced functions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google applications (docs, sheets, slides) to create/format presentations, analysis, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of administrative or marketing experience in a professional environment.
- Proficient in advanced functions including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Cerus, and other related graphics software programs.
- Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with an array of personality types.
Bonus Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or another related field.
- Professional services or Management Consulting experience.
