Job Title: Director, Marketing and Member Services

The National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our membership and marketing efforts. As the Director of Marketing and Member Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain members, as well as promoting the benefits and value of NGFA membership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Recruitment and Retention: Develop and execute plans to attract and retain new members, including identifying and targeting key industries and companies.
  • Marketing and Communications: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote NGFA membership and services, including social media, email marketing, and trade show participation.
  • Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing members, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Committee Liaison: Serve as staff liaison to the NGFA Business, Merchandising, and Operations Committee (BMOC), providing support and guidance to committee members and ensuring effective communication between the committee and NGFA leadership.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in agribusiness, member services, sales, or related fields.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members, committee members, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and identify solutions to complex issues.
  • Travel and Relocation: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with relocation to the Midwest region required.
