Job Summary

Freezing Point, the owner of the Frazil beverage brand, is seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our team. As the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US, we are looking for a sales professional who can build and maintain relationships with external clients to achieve national sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new or existing clients within your scope of business to achieve national sales goals.
Provide onsite and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
Serve as the direct point of contact for regional clients, including senior-level client staff and executive teams.
Partner closely with distributors, broker partners, and convenience stores to complete the closing of new business.
Partner closely with the Sales Operations team in onboarding new or expanded business while serving as their key out-of-office liaison.
Manage and attend CS tradeshows within your assigned book of business.
Monitor regional and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth within your areas of business and provide updates and reporting to the Freezing Point senior leadership team.
Work closely with internal groups including service, performance management, logistics, and marketing.
Complete all administrative work associated with the Sales cycle including CRM system updates, notation, contract management, call backs, etc.

Requirements

5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the convenience store or F&B space.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in writing, over the phone, and in person.
Strong relationship builder, both internally and externally, with the ability to build rapport through active listening, professionalism, and kindness.
Problem solver, with the ability to find maximized solutions for each client and identify value-added growth opportunities that meet client needs.
Strong team player with a collaborative work style, with the ability to help before criticizing and always look to find common ground.
Competitive, with a drive to exceed goals and pursue growth.
Passion for details, with the ability to complete detailed work necessary for contract and onboarding completion.
Data-driven, with the ability to be motivated by metrics and not intimidated by details.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, with the ability to share ideas and ways to improve team processes and individual performance.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Word.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000/year, plus commission and bonus.
Regular travel up to 50% required, with the need to live in the Charlotte area within 30 minutes of an airport.
