National Account Manager for Food Packaging Solutions

Are you an expert in the Food Packaging Industry? Our client, a leading provider of innovative food packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager for the Central/Eastern region of the US.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background with large national food processors, large grocery chains, retail and convenience stores in the Paper and Disposables Industry and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Foodservice National Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the disposable products sector.
- Lead negotiations with national account clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
- Provide product training and support to clients to enhance product understanding and usage.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, particularly in the Paper, Disposables and Packaging Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the food packaging market.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
