Drive Client Success with Hansen Technologies
Hansen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our Communications & Media Sales and Account Management Team in North America.
As a key member of our team, you will lead client engagements, drive sales and growth opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities, develop account plans, and manage the Statement of Work (SOW) process for project initiation.
- Ensure all sales opportunities, proposals, and contracts are tracked and managed in the CRM.
- Manage client invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable to secure Hansen's revenue.
- Maintain and update customer, contact, and contract records in the CRM while handling amendments and renewals.
- Oversee service delivery, including creating client-specific service catalogs and resolving delivery issues.
