Account Manager, Digital Distribution Specialist

Job Summary:
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with pharmacy clients as a critical member of our dynamic team. As a key player in our company's success, you will ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive retention.
About the Role:
Under the general direction of the Director, Client Services, you will deliver our value proposition to clients, cultivating and maintaining ongoing strategic relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization. This includes deploying advanced, consultative, and strategic approaches to account management, implementing and promoting corporate initiatives, and engaging with C-Suite, Regional, or Facility leadership to discuss Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client issue escalation and resolution processes, working directly with key internal partners to achieve timely responses and set proper expectations for clients.
- Track and manage activities, tasks, contacts, and other material events with clients using our CRM software, documenting up-selling of products and solutions and their relation to the overall retention strategy.
- Prepare and participate in quarterly or semi-annual Book of Business Reviews with Management, collaborating with the sales team to serve the account.
- Prepare quarterly business review materials, facilitate client engagement calls, conduct routine client-facing telephonic training, and oversee the implementation of new facilities, providing educational materials to facilitate compliance with procedures, tools, and resources.
- Work with other disciplines to assure corporate billing and receivables standards are achieved, attending corporate/networking events and conferences as needed.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts, performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience in client management, customer service, or client support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting or business-to-business setting.
- Ability to present to all levels of management, excellent time-management skills, basic computer skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, experience in root cause analysis, SalesForce and Axiom experience, and strong background in administrative management.
