Job Description

As a critical member of PharMerica's dynamic team, you will play a vital role in the company's success. The Account Manager of Client Services cultivates and maintains ongoing strategic relationships with pharmacy clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with pharmacy services, issue resolution, and overall retention of clients.
  • Deliver on PharMerica's value proposition to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing strategic client relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Deploy advanced, consultative, and strategic approaches to account management.
  • Manage client issues through the escalation and resolution process.
  • Track and manage activities, tasks, contacts, and other material events with clients using CRM software.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly or semi-annual Book of Business Reviews with Management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to serve the account.
  • Prepare quarterly business review materials, facilitate client engagement calls, and conduct routine client-facing telephonic training.
  • Oversee the implementation of new facilities and provide educational materials to facilitate compliance with procedures, tools, and resources.
  • Work with other disciplines to assure corporate billing and receivables standards are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client management, customer service, or client support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting or business-to-business setting.
  • Ability to present to all levels of management, excellent time-management skills, basic computer skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in root cause analysis, SalesForce, and Axiom, as well as project management and client-facing customer service roles.
  • Strong background in administrative management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once, and strong experience in business writing.
