About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager - Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with our pharmacy clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy advanced, consultative, and strategic approach to account management.
  • Engage with C-Suite, Regional or Facility leadership to discuss Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
  • Manage client issue escalation and resolution process.
  • Manage client base through the company's CRM software.
  • Prepare and participate in Book of Business Review with Management.
  • Collaborate and assist the sales team in serving the account.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role.
  • Excellent time-management skills, basic computer skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
