Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager - Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with our pharmacy clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy advanced, consultative, and strategic approach to account management.
- Engage with C-Suite, Regional or Facility leadership to discuss Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
- Manage client issue escalation and resolution process.
- Manage client base through the company's CRM software.
- Prepare and participate in Book of Business Review with Management.
- Collaborate and assist the sales team in serving the account.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role.
- Excellent time-management skills, basic computer skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
