Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Hireio, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and success in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the US, Canadian, and LATAM markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your understanding of customer needs and Cloud's product offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Cloud's products and services, ensuring a strong competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of strong sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
