Business Development Manager

At HireIO Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Establishment: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Business Opportunity Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
- Product and Technological Value Delivery: Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and deliver value through Cloud's products and solutions.
- Decision-Making Promotion and Business Opportunity Conversion: Promote customers to make quick decisions to adopt and continuously use Cloud products and technology solutions, creating value for customers through effective resource integration and operation.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.
- Strong Sales Experience: Have at least 5 years of strong sales experience in related fields targeting enterprises' and SMEs' IT and technology sectors, with trackable sales records.
- Cultural Competence: Be comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity and fast-paced growth.
- Language Skills: Be bilingual in English and Chinese.
