Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Hireio, Inc. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the US, Canadian, and LATAM markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT and technology sectors, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in both languages.
