We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Promote organizational sales by developing strategic business plans that cover key performance indicators, revenue targets, and expense management.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding planned goals and increasing revenue within the region.
  • Co-lead individual sales representatives, setting targets and tracking progress to achieve results-driven outcomes.
  • Leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and driving loyalty through effective communication and consultative selling.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience plus at least 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a cooperative working relationship with colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of $113,426.00 - $155,960.20 per annum, complemented by a robust commission plan.
