We are seeking a skilled Rental Account Manager to join our team in the Houston, TX area.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Rental Account Manager will be responsible for selling HVAC, Power, and Compressed Air rental equipment to existing, dormant, and new customers in the Houston area. This includes developing relationships and solutions for temporary utility needs, managing accounts to meet revenue budgets, and working with operations team to ensure customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in both team and individual settings.

Requirements
  • Possess a 'Serving the Customer' attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in both team and individual settings

  • Self-started and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of rental industry and/or equipment preferred
  • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 2 or more year of related experience OR 2-4 years of related Rental sales experience
  • Experienced in working in the Bryan College Station area is PLUS
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Minimum 21 years of age
