Job Summary

As a Business Development Coordinator at KPC Health, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to promote our services to physicians and the community. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our services to physicians and the community
  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, and health fairs to educate physicians and the public about our services
  • Conduct ongoing market research to evaluate and track the effectiveness of our marketing programs
  • Implement, monitor, and control expenses related to marketing projects
  • Produce internal and external communication for target audiences
  • Manage databases for mailing and solicitation purposes
  • Act as a consultant in areas of cultural expertise to support new services and programs
  • Provide interpreter and translation services as needed
  • Establish and cultivate new and existing physician relationships
  • Work with senior management to identify physician recruits to fill specialty and primary care gaps
  • Assist with marketing and promoting physicians to the community and medical staff

Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Minimum Experience: One year of prior marketing or sales experience
  • Required License/Certifications: Computer literacy with working skills of Office Suite
