Area Sales Manager

Fotona is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aggressively prospecting and developing new dental customers in our Northern Atlantic Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices to identify decision-makers and evaluate buying processes.
- Determine prospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions and perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows.
- Build strong networks within the organization, the defined territory, and the dental industry to collect, record, and track all prospects, leads, and activities using CRM.
- Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities and study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC.
- Represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating consistently strong communication skills and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience, preferably in dental, capital equipment, and/or durable medical equipment.
- Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles.
- Excellent phone, email, and in-person sales and communication skills, as well as basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills for efficient documentation, communication, and research.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
- Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience and track record, plus uncapped commissions.
