Business Development Specialist

Primetime Executives is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development Representative to join our innovative team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and upsell/cross-sell products
- Stay up-to-date on all client products and services to stay ahead of the competition
- Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives
- Provide weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to track progress
- BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Approachable, empathetic, and positive demeanor with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Winning attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
- Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset with impeccable time management skills
