Primetime Executives is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development Representative to join our innovative team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and upsell/cross-sell products
  • Stay up-to-date on all client products and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to track progress
Requirements:
  • BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Approachable, empathetic, and positive demeanor with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Winning attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
  • Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset with impeccable time management skills
