About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Direct-to-Consumer Sales to join our team at Legal & General America. As a key contributor to our strategic growth agenda, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in our Direct-to-Consumer distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Direct-to-Consumer channel.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales funnel and maximize revenues.
  • Develop and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in contact center sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and team management.
  • Expertise in designing coaching programs to increase team performance.
  • Solid understanding of life insurance ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined team to optimize sales funnel.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $104,300 - $143,450, and a total compensation package that may include a sign-on bonus, long-term incentives, and annual bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and dental insurance, 401K with company match, and generous time off.
