Key Responsibilities
  • Support the NSC's daily operations, including monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with PM TN to develop and refine the network/system design, leveraging emulation test bed capability and other lab assets.
  • Support PM TN in network architecture development, outlining evaluation criteria, developing experiments, and test plans.
  • Analyze data and develop recommendations to support the creation and maintenance of a large virtual network emulation environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in networking/telecommunications or applicable work experience.
  • Cisco Networking certifications preferred.
  • Direct experience managing LAN/WAN technologies or supporting enterprise networks.
  • Expertise in working with military satellite communications or commercial satellite communications terminals.
Working Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and may require support during non-traditional working hours, including nights or weekends.
