Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of District Manager for our Wichita Falls / Fort Worth region. The ideal candidate will have no less than 5 years of progressive residential property management experience with proven oversight responsibilities for 1300+ units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management
    • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Conduct regular property inspections and visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses.
    • Collaborate with on-site managers to develop and implement action plans to improve property performance.
    • Manage property service contracts, including vendor relationships and contract renewals.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state fair housing regulations.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and coach on-site managers to achieve business objectives and improve property performance.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of on-site managers and other employees.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to on-site managers.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regional managers, corporate office staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate property performance metrics and other relevant information to regional managers and corporate office staff.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive residential property management experience with proven oversight responsibilities for 1300+ units.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop on-site managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze property performance metrics and develop effective solutions.
  • CAM or CAPS designation a plus, along with MRI and Nexus experience.
