Position Summary

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our expanding Payment Processing and Collections team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications with current customers to assist in resolving overdue accounts. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating payment collection from customers with outstanding balances.
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
  • Willingness to work on-site.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center or collections environment, training will be provided.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Eligibility for licensing by the relevant state authority, with support for the application process.
