Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire parts sales process efficiently
  • Engage with both staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate regarding the status of customer parts
  • Utilize the parts catalog to accurately identify and discuss specific parts
  • Handle incoming calls, providing pricing and other relevant information to customers
  • Verify body shop estimates to ensure accuracy in parts ordered and pricing
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients
  • Pick and fulfill orders from inventory while conducting regular stock checks
  • Alert the parts manager about any out-of-stock items or urgent shop materials
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders when necessary
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed
  • Process payments from retail customers or obtain necessary credit approvals
  • Occasionally deliver parts as needed
  • Scan and organize parts inventory as required
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience in auto parts sales is preferred
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities
  • Capability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documentation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to obtain a Class E license
