Qualifications & Skills:
Essential Experience and Credentials:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or similar roles within the healthcare sector.
- Network: Extensive connections with payers, ACOs, and risk-bearing providers.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data management, analytical tools, and decision-making systems.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven mindset; experience in selling data/analytics-focused solutions.
