As a key member of the Steven Brooksher - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance on insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.
