About the Role:

As a key member of our Sales Team at Total Quality Logistics, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and supporting our customers' transportation needs. You will undergo an accelerated training program to learn the industry and our company culture, ensuring a smooth transition into your role as a dedicated Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Become a subject-matter expert for our new transportation services

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
  • The determination to work harder than anyone you know
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict
  • Ability to work with the latest technologies
  • An obsession for great customer service
