Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, articulating the features and advantages of our products and services.
- Engage in limited inside sales activities without cold calling.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Process orders, obtain proof approvals, and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company’s Commitment to Excellence.
- Conduct onboarding calls for new clients utilizing Prophase Marketing services.
- Manage incoming client cases related to the RepeatRewards loyalty program.
- Track products for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Address customer concerns with the goal of resolving them on the first contact or escalating as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Professional demeanor with a dependable and enthusiastic approach, demonstrating strong customer service skills complemented by a touch of sales acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, maintaining a positive, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to retain and recall essential information and instructions effectively.
- Proficient in solving complex issues within a customer service context.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Eager to learn and master new products, features, and systems.
- Good organizational skills, prioritization, and effective communication with a sense of urgency.
- Adaptable and capable of managing changes in priorities.
- Able to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette.
- Understanding of direct mail processes is advantageous.
Educational Background
- Postsecondary education or significant relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales is advantageous but not required.
