Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, articulating the features and advantages of our products and services.
  • Engage in limited inside sales activities without cold calling.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Process orders, obtain proof approvals, and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company’s Commitment to Excellence.
  • Conduct onboarding calls for new clients utilizing Prophase Marketing services.
  • Manage incoming client cases related to the RepeatRewards loyalty program.
  • Track products for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Address customer concerns with the goal of resolving them on the first contact or escalating as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Professional demeanor with a dependable and enthusiastic approach, demonstrating strong customer service skills complemented by a touch of sales acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, maintaining a positive, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to retain and recall essential information and instructions effectively.
  • Proficient in solving complex issues within a customer service context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Eager to learn and master new products, features, and systems.
  • Good organizational skills, prioritization, and effective communication with a sense of urgency.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing changes in priorities.
  • Able to work independently while managing time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with telephone etiquette.
  • Understanding of direct mail processes is advantageous.

Educational Background

  • Postsecondary education or significant relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales is advantageous but not required.
