Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Building Materials team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and growing new markets, as well as managing a sales team. Key responsibilities include leveraging existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth, traveling frequently to customer sites, and achieving sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong sales expertise, industry experience, and the ability to work independently and manage significant travel requirements. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Leverage existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.
- Travel frequently to customer sites, including SMEs, within the territory.

**Requirements:**
- Proven sales background with specific experience in plumbing, septic or building materials required.
