What You Will Enjoy About This Role:

As an Orthodontic Treatment Specialist, your role extends beyond managing schedules and documentation; you will play an essential part in our patients' journeys, helping them comprehend their treatment alternatives and motivating them to begin their orthodontic experience. This position is sales-focused, where your ability to engage with patients and effectively convey the benefits of our services will significantly impact our practice's growth. • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in a healthcare or customer service setting, where relationship-building was crucial.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to educate and instill confidence in patients.
  • Prior dental experience is advantageous, but we are eager to train the right candidate.
  • Integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude are vital.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Gathering initial records and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Collaborating with the orthodontist to create and clarify treatment plans.
  • Encouraging and enrolling new patients for treatment—this is where your sales expertise shines.
  • Following up with patients to promote treatment initiation and address any concerns.
  • Assisting with phone inquiries and scheduling consultations.
  • Managing patient documentation with careful attention to detail.
  • Ensuring a superior patient experience at every visit.

What We Provide:

  • Competitive Compensation: Starting at $21-26/hour, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical and dental options available.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: IRA with employer matching.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Performance-Based Incentives: Earn bonuses based on the number of patients who begin treatment.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities: Potential for growth as we expand.

Why Choose Comfort Dental Braces?

We are a locally owned franchise, led by Dr. Steve Clawson, and we take pride in cultivating a welcoming and friendly environment. Our team values not only professional excellence but also the positive atmosphere that makes our practice an exceptional place to work.
